Annual expo offers research connections for UK undergrads

The University of Kentucky Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) will host the sixth annual Research + Creative Experience Expo 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, at the Gatton Student Center Social Staircase. The event introduces undergraduates to the diversity of research at UK, allowing students to network with research faculty and staff and learn about mentored research opportunities.

DEADLINE: MARCH 1, 2026 at 11:55 PM EDT The CURE Fellowship provides opportunities for undergraduates to engage in a research project under the guidance of a mentor associated with one of the EIGHT participating RPAs: PARTICIPATING RESEARCH PRIORITY AREAS: Cancer Cardiovascular Neuroscience Substance Use Disorder (SUPRA) Multiple CURE Fellowships will be awarded for Summer 2026 term  $5,000 stipend

UK team selected for national research advocacy program

Registration now open for OUR Summer Research Symposium

LEXINGTON, Ky. (July 28, 2025) — Registration is now open for the University of Kentucky Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) seventh annual Summer Research Symposium. This year’s symposium will be 4:30-6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, in the Gatton Student Center Ballrooms B and C.
