Are you hosting a poster presentation and need professional kiosks to enhance the event?
The Office of Undergraduate Research is now offering poster kiosk rental to the UK campus community. With every rental session the OUR team will coordinate with your staff to evaluate the venue, figure out layout options, schedule setup, delivery teardown and pick up.
Kiosk reservation requests must be received at least 4 weeks in advance to coordinate staffing and event logistics.
All campus events must be submitted to University Events. You will not be able to submit the reservation form without an EMS Reservation ID. Event requests may be submitted up to 365 days in advance, but no less than two weeks before the event date. Professional Services (PPD, Production Services, UK Police, etc.) may not be available if requests are not submitted with sufficient notice.
NOTE: The kiosks can only be transported by PPD Trucking and used on UK campus properties. See the full list of approved buildings and locations at https://efacts.uky.edu/List.
For conferences using the OUR poster kiosks, poster dimensions should be no larger than 36” tall x 44” wide (any orientation). Posters larger than 44” width will extend beyond the poster panel and overlap another presenter’s poster.
