CURE Fellowship Application

DEADLINE: MARCH 1, 2026 at 11:55 PM EDT The CURE Fellowship provides opportunities for undergraduates to engage in a research project under the guidance of a mentor associated with one of the FOUR participating RPAs: PARTICIPATING RESEARCH PRIORITY AREAS: Cancer Cardiovascular Neuroscience Substance Use Disorder (SUPRA) Multiple CURE Fellowships will be awarded for Summer 2026 term  $5,000 stipend

Funding Fridays

The Office of Undergraduate Research's Funding Fridays are a monthly workshop for undergraduate researchers applying for OUR funding (fellowships, grants, etc).  This is a drop-in and work session space for students to get information about applying for opportunities.   The first Friday of each month from 12:00-1:00 pm via Zoom. September 5, October 3, November 7, and December 5.

Oswald Awards Ceremony

The Oswald Research and Creativity Competition is intended to promote research and creativity in all fields of study. Join us at the 2025 Oswald Competition's Student Awards Reception on Thursday, November 13 from 4:30 - 6 PM in the Lucille Caudill Little Fine Arts Library.  Meet the Student Researchers, Artists, and Designers7 Categories. 2 Award Winners per Category. 14 Student Winners. Cash prizes!Open to all student competitors, faculty, staff, and campus community. 

Curiosity Fair

The Curiosity Fair will be held on November 12, 2025, at 4 PM in the Gatton Student Center Grand Ballroom.  The purpose of the Curiosity Fair is to celebrate the role of curiosity in education, by inviting participants to engage in interactive demos from a variety of disciplines, from science to art to the humanities. The event is informal, fun, and free!

Aperture Journal Publisher's Panel
