How did you first get interested in undergraduate research at UK?

"The summer before Freshman year I got an email about a research position on the Biology Listserv, I took a chance and applied"

How long have you been engaged in undergraduate research?

"Since October of 2019"

What has been the most exciting aspect of your research so far?

"Watching myself develop as a scientist and a critical thinker."

What advice would you give to other UK students thinking about doing research?

"The best time to start is NOW!"
