Research Project Title: "Enhanced Anticancer Activity of Artesunate When Combined with Navitoclax in Ovarian Cancer"
Brief Project Description: "This project aims to observe a potential ovarian cancer treatment method using an anti-malarial drug, artesunate, in combination with another anti-cancer drug called navitoclax. Artesunate possesses anti-cancer properties and is synergistic with navitoclax. Further investigation of this combination including the mechanism of action and effects on 3D reflective models of ovarian tumors are the primary focuses of the project."
