Let our Undergraduate Research Ambassadors help walk you through the poster making process - emphasizing poster design principles, layouts/ formats, understanding your audience, and evaluating a poster. We will discuss designing an oral presentation, as well. Get useful peer-to-peer feedback, too! Are you presenting your research at NCUR, Showcase of Undergraduate Scholars, or another upcoming conference/symposium? We're here to help.

Students to Present Research and Creative Work at Showcase of Undergraduate Scholars

LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 22, 2022) — University of Kentucky students, faculty and staff are gearing up for the 16th annual Showcase of Undergraduate Scholars. The event will take place from 1-5:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, in the Gatton Student Center Grand Ballroom, featuring over 325 students and 250 presentations representing 64 disciplines and 16 colleges.

FREE POSTER PRINTING AVAILABLE Upload your mentor-approved research poster HERE by 11:55 PM EST on April 18, 2022 to have your poster printed free-of-charge. Students are eligible for ONE free poster printing per semester.

The Office of Undergraduate Research is celebrating 16 years of supporting students presenting their research and creative work at the Showcase of Undergraduate Scholars. The 16th annual Showcase of Undergraduate Scholars is 1-5:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, the Gatton Student Center Grand Ballroom.

5 Lewis Honors Students Receive Top Honors

Earlier this month, the University of Kentucky Lewis Honors College held its Spring 2021 Medal Ceremony in two physically distant ceremonies in the Gatton Student Center. As is tradition, all of the Lewis Honors College graduation awards were announced at the ceremony.
