2024 Oswald Research and Creativity Competition winners announced

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 22, 2024) — The University of Kentucky Office of Undergraduate Research recently announced the 22 undergraduate winners of the 60th annual Oswald Research and Creativity Awards. Chad Risko, faculty director of the Office of Undergraduate Research, and research ambassadors celebrated the winners and presented the awards.

Call for Submissions: Oswald Research + Creativity Competition

The Oswald Research and Creativity Competition is intended to promote research and creativity in all fields of study. The competition accepts reports, of all forms of creativity, and scholarship by undergraduate students. This includes, but is not limited to artistic and musical creations; creative writing and poetry; and reports of studies and research in the humanities, the social, natural, and medical sciences, agriculture, business, architecture, and engineering. 7 Categories --- 2 Winners per Category --- 14 Student Winners!!

Oswald Awards Reception

The Oswald Research and Creativity Competition is intended to promote research and creativity in all fields of study. Join us at the 2024 Oswald Competition's Student Awards Reception on Thursday, November 14 from 4:30-6 PM in the Lucille Caudill Little Fine Arts Library.  Meet the Student Researchers, Artists, and Designers7 Categories. 2 Award Winners per Category. 14 Student Winners. Cash prizes!Open to all student competitors, faculty, staff, and campus community.
