How did you first get interested in undergraduate research at UK?

"I first got interested in undergraduate research because I wanted to explore various stigmas and policy gaps that I saw in my community. " 

 

How long have you been engaged in undergraduate research?

"I've been engaged in undergraduate research for a year. "

 

What has been the most exciting aspect of your research so far?

"The most exciting aspect of research has been being surrounded by people passionate about the same (or similar) topics and being able to bounce ideas off of each other."

 

What advice would you give to other UK students thinking about doing research?

"My advice would be to go for it. Something that seems small can end up being an amazing experience. "
