How did you first get interested in undergraduate research at UK?

"I saw research being advertised while I was touring UK as a senior in high school."

How long have you been engaged in undergraduate research?

"I have been engaged in undergraduate research for three semesters."

What has been the most exciting aspect of your research so far?

"At the conclusion of the study, I found it interesting to dissect the mice and observe how their bodies have changed as a result of exposure to polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) and various exercise treatments."

What advice would you give to other UK students thinking about doing research?

"I would advise other students to start working in a lab as soon as possible."
