How did you first get interested in undergraduate research at UK?

"After interacting with primary sources in history courses I wanted more opportunities to do so."

 

How long have you been engaged in undergraduate research?

"I have been engaged in undergraduate research for about a year"

 

What has been the most exciting aspect of your research so far?

"Getting to interact with archival collections that our University holds."

 

What advice would you give to other UK students thinking about doing research?

"Give it a try. If you enjoy it, pursue it. If you don’t enjoy it, you’ll have gained valuable experience and skills."
