How will this summer research fellowship support your research efforts?
“It will allow me to increase my research experience, in this case improve my skills with data cleaning, and learn how to analyze big data sets that are really big and have information from a national scale.”
Why is research important?
“To improve our lives and society. To be better humans and look for the best and more effective solutions to problems we face in our daily lives. Either health or social issues, research helps solve them so we can have better quality of life.”
What advice would you give to other UK students thinking about doing research?
“Talk to your professors, they must have a really cool research going on. Sometimes there is research in topics we would not think about, and they are extremely important for either specific communities, or the wider society.”
