Q. How will this summer research fellowship support your research efforts and future goals? A. "The fellowship will expense me the opportunity costs of other activities besides taking part in research this summer. It will also give me a network of support and other avenues of connection to support this project and help teach people about food waste in Lexington." Q. Why is sustainability research important?

Q. How will this summer research fellowship support your research efforts and future goals? A. "The fellowship will support my efforts by allowing for an easier commute to Robinson Forest and promoting the beginning of a four-year research initiative in our local Kentucky environment. The fellowship will spread awareness and access to this research."
